1. How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order by a placing a request on help@scriberr.in within 36 hours of placing the order. Your entire order amount will be refunded to your scriberr wallet.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped/ delivered to you.

2. How long will it take to process my cancellation/refund request? I cancel an order?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a minimum 24 hours to cancel the order and initiate a refund to your scriberr walllet. You will be notified of the same by email.

3. How do I check the status and track my order?

Please tap on “My Account → Orders” section under main menu of website to check your order status. Once the order has been shipped; click on “Track now” to track your shipment.

4. How are orders placed on Scriberr delivered to me?

All orders placed are immediately forwarded to the respective seller. The seller(s) will ship the order directly to the shipping address within 2-3 business days.
All orders are shipped through renowned courier /Logistics partners such as Fedx, Delhivery, DTDC, Professionals Etc.

5. Can I return/ exchange the subscription box(es)/ item(s)?

No, unfortunately you cannot return/ exchange the subscription box (es)

However if any of the product received is in the damaged condition; we will investigate and only damaged product will be replaced.

Please share the snapshot of the damaged product on help@scriberr.in with the order number within 24 hours of the delivery, else the claim will not be entertained.

6. I have received a subscription box with a missing / damaged item(s) /Void packet?

In case of a missing product from the subscription box; the missing product will be given along with the next subscription box (*T&C)

Kindly reach out to us for pilferage within 24 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained.

With regards to damage items / void package please make note of the below pointers:

Do not use any of the item received in the box for which claim is being raised.

You may be required to give information’s such as:

(a) Short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario)

(b) The snapshots of the product(s) and other boxes (If any) (include the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the users)

The refund to scriberr wallet will be done after the investigation

You may not be liable for a refund, if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below:

(a)Failure to provide adequate information about the case.

(b)Failure to provide snapshots of the product(s) and box (including the outer packing of box)

If a pilferage delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made the same day.

You must not dispose of the packaging until the case is resolved.

We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.

You have used the item for which claim was raised.

7. Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order within 48 hours of placing it, by mailing at help@scriberr.in

8. How does pay monthly subscription plan works?

A pay monthly plan enables to pay a fix amount each month for the selected duration of your plan instead of paying the total amount in advance. The subscription amount will automatically be debited from your credit card

9. Can I stop/ cancel pay monthly subscription plan in between?

Unfortunately you cannot stop/ cancel pay monthly subscription plan in between. However you can pause the plan in between with the prior notice at help@scriberr.in

10 . I don’t have credit card, instead can I use it on debit card?

Unfortunately you cannot use the debit card, the pay monthly subscription plan is available only for credit card users.
However if you have a debit card you can opt for regular subscription plan.

11. What are the payment modes available?

There are various option available for the payment; you can pay using :
1. Paytm wallet
2. Debit card/ credit card
3. Net banking
4. UPI
5. PhonePe /GooglePay
6. Cash on Delivery ( COD)

12. How do I apply a coupon on my order?

You can apply a coupon on cart page before order placement. The complete list of your unused and valid coupons will be available under “My Accounts→ Coupons” tab Website

13. what do you mean by Sciberr cashback? how do I earn it?

Scriberr cashback is just like the normal cashback. Everytime, you places the order ; you get a cashback which get accumulated in the scriberr wallet.

14. How do you redeemed the scriberr cashback?

If you have money in your scriberr wallet, you can redeem it by clicking on “Pay by wallet” and it will be reflected as shown below and the amount will be deducted from the total payable.
Futher you can now select the payment mode and click subscribe now.
