• Users can freeze their OnePass for a period of 3 months within the duration of an active OnePass. Freezing can be availed twice in the course of an active OnePass. The user can click on their User Profile to select the option to pause their membership.
• Membership once paused can only be activated after the expiry of the Freezing period. Once the applicable freezing period is over the membership will automatically be available for use again.
